Pro Bono Coaching

Over the course of my career and life, I've been fortunate to have mentors who gave me their time, attention, and guidance when I needed it. Their support helped me make better decisions, understand myself more clearly, and navigate moments that would have been much harder alone.

I want to offer some of that support to others.

Through meditation, self-inquiry, therapy, travel, building companies, and moving through my own periods of uncertainty, I've developed a deeper understanding of myself and greater compassion for the experiences of others.

One of my strengths is connecting with people beyond the surface. I listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, notice patterns, and help people make sense of situations that may initially feel messy or overwhelming.

I'm offering pro bono coaching to one or two people at a time. There is no fee.

This may be useful for someone who is:

I won't tell you how to live your life, and I don't claim to have answers to every problem. My role is to listen, ask questions, and create a space where you can speak honestly, examine what may be happening beneath the surface, and find greater clarity for yourself.

What This Is—and What It Isn't

I work full-time, and coaching is not my profession or primary job. This is simply one way I would like to give back.

The support I offer will be occasional and informal rather than a completely consistent, long-term coaching relationship. We may speak once or have a few conversations over time, depending on what you are navigating and what my availability allows.

If, after speaking, it becomes clear that you would benefit from regular structure, ongoing accountability, or more specialized support, I'll be honest about that. When appropriate, I can refer you to friends in my network who work as professional coaches.

This is also not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or professional mental-health support.

How It Works

We'll begin with an introductory conversation to understand what you're navigating and whether I may be helpful.

Because I can only support one or two people at a time, I'm looking for people who are genuinely willing to reflect, engage honestly, and take responsibility for the decisions they make.

There is no expectation that you arrive with everything figured out. You only need a willingness to have an honest conversation.

Interested?

Send me a short note introducing yourself, what you're currently navigating, and what you hope a conversation might help you understand.

You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. That is often the reason to begin.
