Vipassana
I host an informal weekly one-hour sit in San Francisco for people who have completed a 10-day Goenka Vipassana course.
It is a simple space to sit together, maintain the practice, and stay connected with other meditators.
I host several communities in San Francisco centered around connection, presence, and shared interests. I keep each one small and intentional, so rather than an open link, I curate who joins. If any of these resonate, send me a note and we'll take it from there.

I host an intimate, in-person men's group in San Francisco for men looking for deeper connection and friendship.
We spend time together, organize activities, and gather in a circle to speak honestly about what we are going through. The intention is to create a space where men can feel supported, understood, and less alone.
I host a casual, grassroots tennis community for people who want to play, meet others, and have fun together.
The format is intentionally free-form. Members can find hitting partners, organize matches, and connect with other people who enjoy the game.
I am beginning to host informal improv sessions at my apartment in San Francisco.
The sessions will be relaxed, playful, and community-driven—an opportunity to practice improv, explore spontaneity, and have fun outside the structure of a formal class or performance.
Want to host something together or have an idea for a gathering? Reach out — I'd love to hear it.
